  • Overview of activities, trainer’s instructions, program guide, and techniques and tools used.

Day 1 Training:

First Training Session:

  • The leadership personality, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept of a leadership personality, traits of a leadership personality, skills of a leadership personality, and ways to acquire them. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

  • Types of leadership personalities, covering strategic leadership, transformational leadership, and democratic leadership. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.

Day 2 Training:

First Training Session:

  • The role of women in society and the workplace, covering the importance of women's roles in society, their role in building modern society, and their role in the workplace. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

  • Empowering women in society, covering the concept and types of women's empowerment, empowering women in administrative leadership, and the UAE's efforts in empowering women in society. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.

Day 3 Training:

First Training Session:

  • Facts about women in leadership, covering the concept and advantages of female leadership, the importance of women's roles in leadership, and differences in leadership styles between women and men. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

  • Skills and traits required for women in leadership, covering necessary skills and traits, and how to develop a strong personality in female leaders. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.

Day 4 Training:

First Training Session:

  • Developing skills for women in leading and motivating employees, covering effective team leadership, employee motivation skills, and skills in training and advising employees. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

  • Developing women's administrative skills, covering planning and time management, decision-making steps, delegation skills, and problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, a self-assessment questionnaire, and a feedback questionnaire.
