- Reasons for holding meetings and the role of the meeting chair, covering reasons for holding meetings, key roles required of the meeting chair, and how to be a productive participant in meetings. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:

- Stages of preparing and managing a meeting, including the preparation stage, the meeting stage, and the follow-up stage after the meeting. Includes examples of meeting minutes and an invitation for a board meeting. Also includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- How to manage meetings effectively, covering factors affecting meeting management, how to prepare for meetings, and how to manage meetings effectively. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Essential skills for managing meetings effectively, including techniques for handling difficult situations, managing conflicts during meetings, and decision-making mechanisms. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Factors for successful meetings, covering steps for effective meeting coordination, factors for successful meetings, and components of a successful meeting. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, a feedback questionnaire, a final evaluation test, and a self-assessment questionnaire.
