Day 1 Training:
First Training Session:
- Reasons for focusing on preparing future leaders and the necessary elements they should have, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept of preparing future leaders, necessary elements for future leaders, and reasons for focusing on their preparation and how to enhance them. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- How to prepare and train future leaders and the involved parties, covering the parties involved in the preparation process, dimensions and methods for preparing future leaders, and steps for their preparation. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Preparing and training second-tier leaders, covering the goal of preparing second-tier leaders, steps for their preparation, and the role of senior leaders in this process. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Leading change and creative leadership, covering the importance and characteristics of leading change, foundations, requirements, and strategies for leading change, traits of creative leadership, tasks of a creative leader, and methods for creative leadership. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Strategic leadership and its styles, covering the concept of strategic leadership, its importance for institutions, and styles of strategic leadership. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Stages of preparing and developing strategic leaders, covering the traits of a strategic leader, essential skills, practices, and roles, and the stages of preparation and development. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 4 Training:
First Training Session:
- Critical thinking, covering the importance of critical thinking for leaders, the skills and abilities required, and criteria for success and stages of critical thinking. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Administrative creativity and innovation, and creating excellence in the workplace, covering administrative creativity and innovation, and creating excellence in the work environment. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, a self-assessment questionnaire, and a feedback questionnaire.
