Introduction:

Day 1 Training:

First Training Session:

Day 2 Training:

Second Training Session:

  • Continues the preparation steps, focusing on data collection, analysis, and agenda setting. Also covers communication arrangements and the opening session of negotiations, followed by an assessment test and a questionnaire.

Day 4 Training:

  • Discusses the negotiation strategies of "mutual interest" and the tactics for expanding and maximizing shared gains. It includes performance evaluation models.

Second Training Session:

  • Explores effective negotiation and persuasion strategies and tactics. Discusses negotiation personality types, errors to avoid, and threats to negotiation success. Concludes with exercises, workshops, and a questionnaire on the day's training.

Day 5 Training:

First Training Session:

  • Covers methods for managing negotiations, including accurately classifying conflicts, understanding the opponent's needs, and managing negotiation power. Includes performance evaluation models.

Second Training Session:

  • Continues with negotiation management methods, focusing on influencing opponents by gaining high levels of acceptance and presenting ideas effectively. Discusses adapting negotiation positions, followed by workshops, a final assessment test, and a self-assessment questionnaire.
