Day 1 Training:
First Training Session:
- Understanding occupational safety and security, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the importance and benefits of occupational safety and security, reasons for focusing on safety, and the role of a safety officer in an organization. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Modern methods for achieving building and facility safety and security, covering security and safety procedures in facilities, factors affecting safety in facilities, and methods to ensure safety. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Managing occupational safety and health, including methodologies for managing safety and health risks in organizations, safe work systems, and managing safety and health performance. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Effective handling of office work risks, covering identifying risks and affected individuals, risk assessment, mitigation measures, and accident reporting procedures. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Office work risks and infrastructure and digital workplace risks, covering physical and psychological risks of office work and risks associated with infrastructure and digital workplaces. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Risks related to the office work environment and preventive measures, covering lighting quality risks, noise level risks, and ventilation quality risks. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 4 Training:
First Training Session:
- Understanding fire causes, types, and firefighting methods, covering fire risks and causes, types of combustion, and firefighting techniques. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Firefighting equipment and how to protect facilities from fire, covering firefighting equipment, using fire extinguishers, fire prevention guidelines, and safety requirements for fire prevention plans. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 5 Training:
First Training Session:
- Safety rules to prevent electrical and elevator risks, and escape routes according to OSHA standards, covering safety rules to prevent electrical risks, safety rules in elevators, and escape routes according to OSHA. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- First aid skills for emergencies, covering the importance of first aid knowledge for employee safety, first aid for wounds and bleeding, burns and suffocation, and fractures. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, a final evaluation test, and a self-assessment questionnaire.
