Day 1 Training:
First Training Session:
- The concept of positivity and its importance, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept of positivity, its importance for employees and organizations, and factors that support positivity. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Traits of a positive personality, covering the characteristics of a positive personality, steps to develop and build a positive personality, and the impact of a positive personality on others. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Understanding work stress, including the nature of work stress, sources and elements of work stress, and the relationship between work stress and job performance. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Strategies for dealing with work stress, covering factors that help in facing work stress, strategies for dealing with work stress, and institutional strategies to reduce work stress. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Positive work environment, covering the characteristics of a positive work environment, the importance of happiness and quality of life in the workplace, factors that reinforce happiness and quality of life, and the five dimensions of the "Happy Work Environment" model. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Main pillars of the happiness and quality of life framework in the workplace, including establishing purpose, enhancing health, strengthening employee relationships, and unlocking potential. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 4 Training:
First Training Session:
- Keys to success at work, covering keys to success, steps to achieve success, and skills required for success. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Techniques for positive performance and teamwork skills, covering positive performance techniques, the importance of teamwork for achieving organizational goals, and teamwork skills. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, a final evaluation test, and a self-assessment questionnaire.
