Day 1 Training:
First Training Session:

Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Modern management and the foundations of successful management, covering the characteristics and features of modern management, principles of modern management, and foundations of successful management. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Administrative planning, including the importance of administrative planning, types of administrative planning, and steps for preparing and implementing administrative plans. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Effective planning skills, covering tools and methods for administrative planning, how to plan effectively, and administrative planning skills. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Administrative coordination, including the importance of administrative coordination, its foundations, characteristics, types, and strategies. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Modern trends in management, covering management by objectives (MBO), participative management, visible management, and agile management methodology. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 4 Training:
First Training Session:
- Administrative excellence, covering the characteristics of administrative excellence, foundations, principles, and requirements for achieving excellence. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Administrative creativity, covering the importance of administrative creativity, its dimensions, and the traits of a creative administrator. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, a final evaluation test, and a self-assessment questionnaire.
