Day 3 Training:

First Training Session:

  • Key aspects of the framework for workplace happiness in organizations, including embedding purpose, enhancing health, strengthening employee relationships, and unleashing potential. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

  • The five dimensions of the “Happy Workplace Environment” model, covering credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, a self-assessment questionnaire, and a feedback questionnaire.
