- Understanding IT project management, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept of IT project management, benefits of IT project management, stages of IT project management with a practical example, and exercises. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Role and skills of an IT project manager, covering the role of an IT project manager, essential skills, and challenges faced by IT project managers. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Planning and scheduling skills for IT projects, covering the importance of project planning, necessary knowledge for effective planning, steps for effective IT project planning, and scheduling tasks and timelines. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Risk and quality management skills for IT projects, covering necessary knowledge for risk management, types of risks, how to manage IT project risks, and quality management for IT projects. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Fundamentals, standards, and tools for effective IT project management, covering the fundamentals and standards to consider, IT project management tools, and how to manage IT projects effectively. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Methodologies for IT project management, covering the traditional methodology (Waterfall), the agile methodology (Agile), and agile frameworks. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, a self-assessment questionnaire, and a feedback questionnaire.
