Day 1 Training:
First Training Session:
- Understanding human behavior and personality, including an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept of human behavior, its characteristics and types, fundamental dimensions of human behavior, influencing factors, the concept of human personality, and human needs. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- The importance of understanding and predicting human behavior, its impact on organizational efficiency, and overcoming related challenges. Covers the importance of understanding, predicting, and controlling human behavior in the workplace, the impact of human behavior on organizational efficiency, and practical examples of professional behavior rules for employees in federal entities. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 2 Training:
First Training Session:
- Effective communication skills, including effective communication in organizations and its classifications, fundamental skills for effective communication, and the requirements for effective communication. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Improving communication and dealing with superiors, covering how to improve communication and interaction with superiors, workplace etiquette, and how to mend relationships with superiors. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 3 Training:
First Training Session:
- Types of subordinates and how to deal with each type, covering the nature of individual differences, ways to improve interactions with subordinates, and the different types of subordinates and how to deal with each. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- The nature of a superior's work and types of superiors, covering the nature of a superior's job, the main managerial types among superiors in the workplace, and how to deal with different types of superiors. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, and a feedback questionnaire.
Day 4 Training:
First Training Session:
- Managing subordinates effectively, covering steps for effective management of subordinates, characteristics of a successful superior, and ways to improve subordinate management. Includes exercises and a model for evaluating trainee performance.
Second Training Session:
- Managing conflict in the organization effectively, covering the causes and forms of conflict in organizations, stages of conflict development and management, and conflict management strategies. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance, a workshop, an evaluation test, a self-assessment questionnaire, and a feedback questionnaire.
