Day 1 Training:

First Training Session:

• Understanding the concept of sustainable development and its impact on business sustainability. It includes an introduction, pre-assessment test, the concept and impact of sustainable development, historical development, characteristics, and elements of sustainability. Also includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

• Discussing the goals, values, and principles of sustainable development. Covers the goals and importance of sustainable development, its values and ethics, and the principles and facts it is based on. Includes practical exercises, workshops, and a feedback questionnaire.

Day 2 Training:

First Training Session:

• Exploring the fields and dimensions of sustainable development. This includes environmental development, the economic, political, and technological dimensions, and the social and environmental aspects of sustainable development. Accompanied by a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

• Factors for the success of sustainable development and practical examples, including those from the UAE. Discusses the factors of success, practical examples in the UAE, obstacles to achieving sustainable development, and the role of the United Nations. Includes exercises, workshops, evaluation tests, and a feedback questionnaire.

Day 3 Training:

First Training Session:

• Efforts of the UAE in sustainable development. Discusses the UAE's focus on sustainable development, the national committee concerned with sustainable development goals, and the contribution of partners to the 2030 agenda for sustainable development. Includes a model for evaluating trainee performance.

Second Training Session:

• Sustainability agenda in the UAE. Discusses sustainable development goals related to environmental, economic, and social development in the UAE. Includes final evaluation tests, self-assessment, and a feedback questionnaire.
